BBC: Moussa: Iraq's constitution recipe for chaos

Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa said parts of the Iraqi draft constitution are a "recipe for chaos." "I share the concerns of many Iraqis about the lack of consensus on the constitution," Moussa told the BBC's World Today program.
