Five Palestinians killed in an Israeli raid on Toulkarem

Five Palestinians were killed and two others injured in an Israeli raid in the West Bank. It is the first Israeli raid since the Israeli withdrawal from the settlements of Gaza and north of the West Bank.
Al-Jazeera TV said that the four killed men are from the Islamic Jihad movement, noting that two others were injured when a special Israeli force broke by a car carrying false Palestinian plates into a house in Toulkarem. The correspondent added that the Israeli army called on the liaison officers in the Palestinian authority to receive the five bodies. He confirmed that the men are Adel Abu Khalil, and Majdi Ayeyah from al-Aqsa martyrs group while the identity of the other killed men was not specified.
The Israeli raid came hours after the killing of one American Jew extremist in Jerusalem at the hands of one Palestinian. The Israeli police sources said that the attack which took place inside the walls of the old city was due to political motives, noting that the security forces is in looking for the attacker.
