Continued attacks in Iraq

Three Iraqi soldiers were killed on Saturday morning in an attack by mortars at their vehicle to the west of Faluja city.

Sources in the Iraqi police said that unidentified gunmen attacked a vehicle for the army in al-Andalus quarters, west Falluja, and this resulted in killing the thee soldiers.

Two Iraqis were killed on Friday and a third was injured in a bomb explosion which was implanted beside the main road, north of Tikrit.

In Musil, three members of the Iraqi Islamic party were killed after gunmen kidnapped them, and their bodies were found to the west of the city. Gunmen also assassinated gunmen in Karkouk, Aswad Omar Nayef, the Arab member in the local council in front of his house.

In Baqouba city, a source in the Iraqi police said that one American military vehicle was damaged in a booby trapped car explosion targeting a American vehicle in al-Hadeed area.
