Polisario seeks political settlement after handing all Moroccan captives
Some 404 prisoners, representing the last shift of Moroccan prisoners held by the people's front for the liberation of "the red Tributary and the Gold Valley" better known as Polesario, arrived in Aghadir, Morocco.

Ayman Nour criticizes Mubarak's regime, wants seperation of powers
Nour said that he is not the best man in Egypt that might rule the country, but he is the best to occupy this post among the candidates. He stressed that if he is elected president, the government will last for 24 months and will work to transfer the country from what he called the rule of one person, as is the case now, to a parliamentary system where the parliament has complete oversight over the government, and where the parliament (legislative branch) will be separated from the presidency (executive authority).
