Otari calls for an executive program on reforms

Syria's Premier Naji Otari underlined necessity of setting up executive program for the implementation of the Party 10th Conference recommendations, pointing out to the efforts being exerted to achieve the project of the 10th five-year plan and the administrative reform program.
He also underscored importance of President Bashar al-Assad's directive speech with which he opened the meetings of the Party's central committee, asserting that it refers to the government's policy over the forthcoming stage.
