Mrs Mubarak lays foundation stone of new development project

Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak Wednesday laid down the foundation stone of a new project to improve living conditions in Al- Ma'sara, south of Cairo.
"We want every Egyptian to have equal chances of access to health care and other social services in the country, "Mrs Mubarak said in a ceremony marking the event. She said the project is part of urban development plans targeting all slum areas in the country.
