Scores of Iraqis killed in another bloody day

In another bloody day in Iraq, five Iraqi police men were at least killed and other 8 injured including two policemen in a suicide attack at an inspection point for the Iraqi police on a road in Musil leading to Baghdad.
Five Iraqis were killed and another was injured in an ambush implanted by gunmen to their car in al-Shalaa quarters to the west of Baghdad.
In another attack, unidentified men opened fire at employees at the ministry of the interior and killed them in al-Jihad area, west of Baghdad.
Three Iraqis were killed including the leader of Abu Ghreib police center in two separate attacks in Baghdad.
In Baqouba, north east of Baghdad, one Iraqi was killed and other seven injured including four police members in a booby trapped car explosion targeting a police procession in al-Ommal (workers) quarters, south Baqouba. Gunmen assassinated in the city Dr. Abdul Mohsin, a hospital director and member of the Iraqi Call Party.
In Tikrit, north of Iraq, one Iraqi was killed and two others injured when American soldiers opened fire at a tanker truck.
In Falluja, west Baghdad, three Iraqis were killed when three shellings fell on houses north and in the middle of the city.
In al-Dalou'eya north Baghdad gunmen assassinated one Iraqi engineer working in construction contracts with the American army and injured his son.
In Beiji, north of Baghdad, four Iraqi police members were killed together with three Iraqis working in one American military base in two separate attacks.
Gunmen killed the Imam and mosque preacher of al-Muhajreen mosque, Sheikh Aqeel al-Ma'adidi, and his brother in al-Ghazaleyah west of Baghdad, in an attack carried out on Monday.
