Syria cancels celebrations over passing away of king fahd

Syria on Monday cancelled celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Army Foundation and Mahabba annual Festival over the passing away of King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia. The decision to cancel the celebrations was taken in solidarity and sympathy with the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over the death of King Fahd.
