Three American soldiers killed in Iraq

The American army in Iraq on Thursday announced the killing of two American soldiers and wounding another in a blast explosion that targeted their vehicle to the north of Baghdad.

A military statement said that the attack took place on Wednesday and no more details were mentioned. The US army admitted the killing of a third soldier in an accident in Samera city to the north of Baghdad on Wednesday.

By the killing of the two soldiers number of American soldiers killed in Iraq since its invasion in March 2003, increased to 1784, according to statistics based on the figures of the Pentagon.
