SANA added that "this measure falls in the course of coordination and cooperation among the Arab brothers in the efforts to fighting extremism and terrorism." The Syrian authorities announced that clashes took place on the Lebanese-Syrian borders one month ago that resulted in killing the Tunisian Majdi al-Zubeidi and his wife in addition to a Syrian officer and another wounded. One persons escorted al-Zubeidi was detained in a step that led to acts of detentions that covered 34 extremists.
