Syrian aid convoy heads to Iraq

The fifth Syrian convoy of humanitarian aids offered by the Syrian people headed to Iraq on Sunday to ease suffering of thousands of families who left to the desert areas due to continuation of military operations in al-Qaem and other regions.
The convoy is comprised of 60 tons of foodstuffs, blankets, tents, medicine and medical requirements. The Dutch Red Crescent, Greece branch of the world physicians and the Syrian Red Crescent contributed in offering those aids that will be distributed by the Iraqi Red Crescent.
