Rasheed: NGOs to share in working out economic policies

Egypt's Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry Rasheed Mohamed Rasheed said Wednesday that the government will give business and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) access to sharing in laying down economic policies and legislations.

Participation by these organizations will be enhanced over the coming stage in bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations between the government and other countries, he added in a press release issued by the ministry on a meeting between Rasheed and members of the Egyptian society of executives. It is time for these organizations to shoulder their responsibility in serving their community, the statement said.
