Third Sinai-Aqaba shipping line launched

A third shipping line has been launched connecting the Sinai Peninsula with Jordan. The line will run from Taba to Aqaba.
"This line will help carry Arab and foreign tourists between the two countries," commented the head of the Consular Affairs Department in Aqaba, Saeed Hendam.
He added that the line is expected to transport more than 100,000 Jordanian tourists annually.
