Europe Caravan for Peace leaves Syria for Jordan

Europe Caravan for Peace underlined that its tour of the region aims at supporting the Palestinian people and conveying their view points regarding their rights, particularly the right to return home.
In a statement to the press Monday, Head of the Caravan, Michael Filmo, said the caravan is to carry a message to the European governments stressing necessity of the implementation of the UN resolutions and avoiding selectivity in the execution of the UN resolutions. The caravan that includes 120 participants from 18 states representing 50 non-government organizations left Syria on Monday heading for Jordan and then to Jerusalem.
