Syria urges human organizations to aid Syrian captives in the Golan

A Syrian Senior Baath Party official called on Wednesday upon international and human organizations to play their role regarding the Syrian captives in the Israeli jails.
In a mourning ceremony on the passing away of the Syrian detainee Hayel Hussein Abou Zeid in Israeli jails, Baath party branch secretary Ibrahim al-Ali said the death of Abou Zeid "imposes on us new reality which is to exert all efforts as to make human and legislative organizations assume their role regarding the Syrian Arab captives in the oppressive Israeli occupation jails."
