Sanyoura forms Lebanese government

The designated Lebanese prime minister Foad al-Sanyoura submitted names of the final formation of his government to President Emil Lahoud on the hope to be announced today.
Sanyoura told journalists following a meeting with President Lahoud that he submitted 30 names for ministers in his government following detailed discussions concerning the names and various ministries.
He said that members of the proposed government, which is the first parliamentary government since the withdrawal of the Syrian forces in April, represent the various parliamentary blocs in the new parliament.
He explained that for the first time since 30 years, a government is formed in Lebanon that is the results of exclusively internal dialog, noting that the government is made of all parties, as it was formed following elections and resulted in parliamentary blocs in various areas and in all Lebanon.
