Nazif arrives in Khartoum to attend signing of transitional constitution

Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif arrived in Khartoum on Saturday leading a high-ranking delegation to attend celebrations marking the signing of the transitional constitution and a constitutional oath-taking ceremony involving Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir and his two deputies John Garang and Ali Othman Taha.
Sudanese Second Vice President Moses Machar, Foreign Minister Mostafa Othman Ismail and other senior state officials were on hand to welcome Nazif upon arrival.
