French defence minister in Libya

Libya's (foreign minister) met Wednesday in Libya with "the Adviser of the French Foreign Minister for African Affairs, Natali Dolla Balm and the Director of the Africa Department at the ministry, Bruno Jupier," JANA reported.
"Bilateral relations between both countries and the way and means to support and develop them were discussed in the meeting. The two French officials confirmed their country's commitment to what had been expressed by the visit of the French President Jacque Chirac , to the Great Jamahiriya and his meeting with the Leader of the Revolution and the desire to implement what has been embodied by that visit," the report said.
