Aoun continues to boycott government
Lebanon, Politics, 7/7/2005

The political faction headed by Michael Aoun announced it will not take part in the government, after this government was about to be announced to include each of the factions of Saad al-Hariri who presides over the al-Mustaqbal faction, and the Free National faction led by Aoun, by the beginning of the week over the two sides persistence to get the ministry of justice.

On Wednesday, the Lebanese judiciary closed the government's case against Aoun over his absentia trial, over what was described by the criminal court that no criminal evidence was provided in this case, which the judiciary had postponed on May 5 just two days before Aoun had arrived back from his exile in France where he had spent since 15 years.
