Gulf states condemns aggression on Bahrain's mission head to Baghdad

Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman al-Attiyah on Wednesday condemned the attack that targeted yesterday Head of the Bahraini Mission to Iraq Hasan al-Ansari where he was wounded.
"Those who committed this heinous act want to destabilize security and spread chaos in Iraq," Attiyah said in a statement. He called for the immediate release of the Egyptian diplomatic top envoy to Iraq Eyhab al-Sharif and getting him safely back to his country and family.
