Qaddoumi holds Israel responsible for deteriorating situations

Head of the PLO Political Department Farouk al-Qaddoumi said his talks with Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara dealt with the situations in the region, the Palestinian question and means of boosting the Palestinian national unity.
Qaddoumi told reporters after the meeting Monday that Israel is to blame for the deteriorating situations in the Palestinian territories, pointing out to the necessity of making good preparations for the forthcoming Palestinian elections.
