Mohieddin: Agreement with world institutions to partake in real estate market

Egypt's Minister of Investment Mahmoud Mohieddin said that an agreement has been reached with two world Financial Institutions specialised in the domain of the real estate finance in Europe and North America to participate in financing the real estate in Egypt.

The agreement includes cooperation between the world institutions and some of the Egyptian financial institutions over the coming period, added the minister, asserting the importance of benefiting from the experience specialised in this activity which is vital and critical for the national economy. They were briefed on the legal and institutional framework of the real estate finance in Egypt as well as the priority given by the government to promote and activate this activity, expounded the minister.
