Message from Libya's leader to President Assad

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received on Thursday a letter from Libya's leader Muammar al-Qaddafi over the situation in the region and bilateral ties between the two states.
The letter was handed to President Assad by Ahmed Qaddaf al-Dam, Special Envoy of Qathafi.
