Shura Legislative Committee approve law of political rights practice

The Legislative Committee of Shura Council approved in principle yesterday the draft law of the political rights practice which was referred by President Mubarak with four draft laws to the council.
Deputy Minister of Justice for Legislation Affairs Serry Seiam said that one of the most important item in the law is establishing higher committee for elections under chairmanship of Minister of Justice. The committee is entrusted with preparing election-lists, determining constituencies.
