al-Thawra: Syrian spokesman: no censorship on press publications

Syria's Information Ministry spokesman, Nizar Mayhoob, has underlined to al-Thawra daily that "there has never been and will never be any censorship on public and private newspapers publications, and there are even journalists and opinion columnists whose articles do not even get the agreement of the editor-in-chief of the paper they write for it."

Mayhoob told al-Thawra published Thursday, that "the private and public publications enjoy full freedom in Syria and are not subjected to any form of censorship whatsoever whether before or after printing."
