Al Ittihad al-Ichiraki: New way needed to expand Japanese-Moroccan economic relations, ambassador

Japanese Ambassador to Morocco, Seigi Hinata called to find an adequate way to expand economic relations between his country and Morocco, for he estimates that Japanese economic presence in the North African country is weak.
Hinata told "Al Ittihad al-Ichiraki" daily Moroccan exports to Japan stand at around MAD 2 billion, 200 million euros, while imports from Japan are around MAD 1 billion. Sea food is 80 percent of Moroccan exports to Japan, he went on to say.
