Syria discusses with Arab Monetary Fund joint cooperation

Syria and Arab Monetary Fund discussed Wednesday possibility of cooperation in fields of Bourse systems and administration, public financing reform and sponsoring foreign trade.
That was during a meeting between Finance Minister Mohammed al-Hussin and General Director of the Arab Monetary Fund Jasem Mohammed al-Manai.
Both sides touched upon Syria's benefiting from project of payment system among Arab states after she joined the project.
Al-Hussin briefed al-Manai on steps of economic and financial reforms in Syria at the present.
For his part, al-Manai expressed the fund's readiness to support Syria's project of economic reform particularly in financial and monetary sectors.
