Rice will travel to Middle East, to Iraq conference in belgium

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will travel to the Middle East June 17 to discuss peacemaking efforts, democratic reforms and counterterrorism activities with leaders in the region before heading to Brussels, Belgium, for a conference on international assistance for Iraq June 21-22.
Rice's trip will take her to Israel, the Palestinian territories, Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
