China talks with Libya on UN Security Council reforms

China delivered a letter from the Chinese Foreign Minister to the Libyan Secretary dealing with the issue of the UN and Security Council reforms. The Chinese Foreign Minister underlined in his letter that his country's stance is identical to that of Libya, "explaining that China relies on (Libya) endeavours in this direction due to respect and appreciation it enjoys from all countries of the world," JANA reported yesterday.
