Six people sentenced to between one to 15 years in prison

The Rabat appellate court condemned on Friday six people, indicted under the anti-terrorist Act, to prison terms ranging from one year suspended sentence to 15 years of imprisonment.
The charges brought against the defendants revolve mainly around "criminal associating to prepare for the perpetration of terrorism acts and assault and battery."
The court also acquitted five defendants.
It decided to postpone for June 17th and to July 1st, 2nd and 15th the hearing of four other cases involving 51 people indicted for "criminal associating to prepare for the perpetration of terrorism acts and assault and battery and documents forgery."
