Ba'ath Congress recommends Parties' Law and Media Higher council

The 10th regional congress of the Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party has recommended on Thursday issuing of a law for parties and reviewing the elections law of the people's Assembly (Parliament) and the local administration.
The congress also recommended the formation of a higher council for media to modify law of prints and to issue a media law.
