Al-Baath Arab Socialist Party elects new members for regional leadership

The 10th regional congress of Al-Baath Arab Socialist Party in Syria elected on Thursday evening members of the regional leadership of the party as following: Speaker of the People's Assembly, Mahmoud al-Abrash; Prime Minister Muhammad Naji Otari; Mohammed Saied Bkhitan; Farouk al-Shara; Mohammed al-Hussin; Hassan Turkmani; Hisham Bukhtiar; Haitham Sataihi; Osama Adi; Yasser Hourieh; Bssam Janbiyeh; Saied Ellia and Shahnaz Fakoush.
The congress had earlier elected members of the party central committee as well members of the monitoring and inspection committee.
