Acquittal of Moroccan 9/11 suspect upheld

A German federal appeals court upheld, Thursday, the acquittal of Moroccan Adelghani M'zoudi who was tried for complicity with the 9/11 hijackers.
M'zoudi was acquitted by a Hamburg court in February 24, 2004 from allegations of helping 9/11 hijackers perpetrate their plot and membership to a terrorist organization. M'zoudi had arrived in Germany in 1993 as a student in electronics at the Hamburg University. He was arrested in October 2002.
