Nasrullah condemns foreign interventions in Lebanon
Lebanon-USA, Politics, 6/9/2005

Secretary General of the Lebanese Resistance Hizbullah on Wednesday condemned the foreign interventions in the Lebanese internal affairs, particularly regarding the disarmament of the national resistance.

"The weapon of resistance is absolutely a national issue, because the weapon is not the matter .. but the resistance which they want to get rid of," Nasrullah said during an electoral celebration held in the southern suburb of Beirut.

He warned against the sedition that the US and Israel is trying to instigate in the region in a bid to make Israel the biggest power in the Middle East.

Nasrullah said that the parliamentary elections held last Sunday in southern Lebanon was a consensus on protecting the national resistance.
