Continued acts of detentions in Iraq

With the continued attacks in various parts of Iraq, an Iraqi official source announced that two aides for Zarqawi were arrested during the few past days including Mutlaq Mahmoud Mutlaq who was arrested one week ago and viewed as an official for financing operations in Musil.

The source stressed that the security forces arrested 216 persons in Baghdad and its south and thereby number of persons arrested since the launching of al-Barq ( lightening ) operation increased to more than 1100.
