Four Italians, four Americans killed in two military planes crash

Four Italians and four Americans were killed in two military planes crash. The Italian military leadership announced the crash of one of its military helicopters on Monday evening in the south east of al-Nasereyah city to the south of Baghdad.
Italy has some 3000 soldiers in Iraq. It is the fourth largest force there after the USA, Britain and south Korea.
For its part, the American army confirmed the killing of four of its soldiers and a fifth Iraqi in an Iraqi military plane crash near Khanqin town in Deyali governorate to the north east of Baghdad.
One American military spokesman said that all persons who were on the board of the plane were killed, noting that investigations are still continuous to define the reasons of the plane crash on Monday. A sand storm overwhelmed Deyali governorate when the plane crashed.
