Iran resolved to resume peaceful nuclear activities

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said Monday night that "Iran will definitely resume its peaceful nuclear activities," the official news agency IRNA reported.
Asefi who is in Kuwait told reporters that Iran is a member of Non-Proliferation Treaty NPT). "The convention has a series of provisions which Iran will abide by," he reiterated.
"The Peaceful use of nuclear technology is the rights of all nations. We are not pursuing acquisitions of nuclear weapons and believe that the will not bring security," Asefi said.
