Al-Assad meets AL chief

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday received at the People's Palace Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa on the latest regional and international developments and all aspects of the Arab situation and the Euro-Med Foreign Ministers Association Conference in Luxembourg.
Al-Assad also received Metropolitan Germain of Korsk Convent in Russia. Both sides reviewed the historical relations between the Arab and Russian peoples and between the Russian Church and the Church of Antioch. President al-Assad stressed the important role of the Church in enhancing religious tolerance and coexistence in the society.
