Yemen asks four Arab states to hand over wanted persons

Yemen has asked Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates to hand over it 20 wanted persons accused of security and terrorist cases.

A Yemeni governmental source explained on Thursday that Yemen seeks since the beginning of this year to receive 20 persons of the wanted. The 20 wanted persons are 11 Yemenis, four carrying the UAE nationality, three Saudis, one Egyptian and one from Colombia.

In the same context, the Yemeni ministry of the interior said that the security forces detained the chairman of a cell called "terrorist" that affiliates to the rebel Hassan Bader al-Houthi who was killed in 2004.

On the other hand, Yemen granted 50,000 persons of Arab and African nationalities, most of them are Somalis the right of asylum to its lands.

Total number of Somalis who got the asylum cards in Yemen reached 47817 refugees then came the Ethiopians of 1280 refugees and Palestinians and Iraqis and other Arab nationalities.
