Iranian newspapers deplore Israeli practices
Iran-Israel, Politics, 5/24/2005

The Iranian Newspaper of Jomhury-e Eslami condemned the Israeli continued aggressions against the Palestinian people despite of the announced truce.

The paper said in a commentary published Monday "Israel is not committed to the truce and pays no heed to any international resolution or any pledge ... It doesn't implement any withdrawal from Gaza Strip but on contrary it continues its aggressive policies." The paper stressed that the Israeli practices have proved that Israel doesn't want to achieve peace in the region, but it aims to waste time.

"Israel is based on policy of killing and antagonism, it doesn't understand but the language of resistance for the restoration of all the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people," the paper concluded.
