Egypt, Jordan launches regional initiative for E-education

Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif and his Jordanian counterpart Adnan Badran attended on Sunday the signing of a joint regional initiative on E-education.
The signing came on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) meetings to wind up later in the day.
The agreement mainly aims at benefiting from Egypt's experiment in the educational domain.
In statements to MENA, Egyptian Communications and Information Technology Minister Tarek Kamel, who signed the agreement with his Jordanian counterpart Nadia Saeed, said the initiative will serve the Egyptian market, especially the small and medium-sized companies, and will buttress their competitive capabilities in the E-education field.
He said the agreement will also guarantee integration between Egypt and Jordan in the educational field.
During the Egyptian luncheon banquet, hosted by Shafiq Gabr, the member of the loo-member group of the forum, Nazif spoke about the promising economic positions in Egypt, the experiment of economic reform in Egypt and the measures taken by Egypt to improve the climate of investment and attracting investments to the Egyptian market.
