Rice leaves Iraq affirming US stay till Iraqi security forces is capable

Following the quick visit to Iraq overwhelmed by vagueness, the US secretary of state Condaleezza Rice said in a pre-departure statement that the multinational forces will continue to remain in Iraq until what she called terrorism is eliminated and training of the Iraqi security forces is completed.

Rice stressed during her visit on the need of getting all the Iraqi people social strata involved in the new constitution formulation.

For his part, al-Jaafari stressed that his government will seek to accelerate the pace of training the Iraqi police and army forces and included new member to enable them imposing security and stability in the country and therefore accelerating the process of the withdrawal of the foreign forces from it.
