Mantica: Syrian and Italian views are identical

Syrian and Italian viewpoints regarding situation in the region are identical, Deputy Italian Foreign Minister Alfredo Luigi Mantica said on Wednesday.
"Talks with Minister al-Shara have dealt with situation in the region particularly on the Palestinian and the Iraqi arenas," Mantica told SANA reporter just after a meeting with Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara. He also pointed out at Syria's important role in the region, referring to her total respect and commitment to all international norms and conventions.
