Al-Jaafari government repeats taking oath to please the Kurds

The new Iraqi government has for the second time took the constitutional oath, following acts of protests of the Kurds over what they called that one phrase that was omitted that Iraq is a "democratic federal" country when the government took its constitutional oath for the first time five days ago.
The leader of the Kurdistani Democratic Party, Masoud al-Barazani, warned last Friday against omitting the remark to the federal system in Iraq threatening the Shiite-Kurdish alliance. Without the 77 Kurds seats the Shiite can not maintain the two thirds majority in the parliament.
Meantime, the Sunni minister Hashem al-Shibli who was appointed a human rights minister rejected. This was after he refused this post which he said he was appointed this post on ethnic bases without his consultations.
