On the American losses in Iraq

Despite the escalation in the pace of attacks in Iraq, the leaders of the American army notified the Congress that human losses rate among the American soldiers because of the explosives receded by three quarters percent in Iraq.
However, members of the armed forces committee said that more should be done quickly to protect the American forces.
Ike Skelton, the prominent democratic figure in the committee criticized the administration of the US President George W. Bush over entering the war in Iraq without appropriate tools for fighting.
