Baher al-Oloum returns back to the ministry of oil in Iraq

Concerning the efforts to fill the vacant posts in the Iraqi government of Ibrahim al-Jaafari, member of the united coalition Ali al-Dabbagh said that an agreement was finalized over the two ministries of oil and electricity. This agreement states that Ibrahim Baher al-Oloum, the oil minister in the first government appointed by the Iraqi governing council, will assume the post of the minister in the ministry of oil while the ministry of electricity will be for the independent Shiite parliamentarian Mohsin Shalash.
