Iran TV hails Syria's role in Lebanon

Iran TV on Tuesday said the Syrian forces in Lebanon had played a positive and great role in stabilizing situation in the country, adding that "pressures on Syria aim at weakening its role in the region in the face of the Israeli threats." "The US and Israel are seeking to impose their policies in the region through fabricating crisis in Lebanon and setting pressures to disarm Lebanese resistance," Iran TV added in a comment.
