Al-Akhbar: Mubarak-Putin summit enhances bilateral relations

Russia's consul-general in Alexandria said, in statements to Al-Akhbar daily newspaper that the proposed Egyptian-Russian summit due to convene in Cairo tomorrow between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Hosni Mubarak is the first of its kind.
He said that the summit will bolster the economic tourist, cultural and Scientific Cooperation between Egypt and Russia. Mubarak-Putin meeting is a result of a long history and approach between the two countries, added the Russian top official.
