American calls to avoid political crisis in Iraq

Amid the intensive bottlenecks on the attempts to form a new Iraqi government, the American Vice President Dick Cheney and the Secretary Of State Condoleezza Rice called on senior Kurdish and Shiite officials to unify their ranks in order to avoid the occurrence of a political crisis in Iraq.
Meantime, members of the Iraqi National Assembly on Monday unanimously voted a proposal to summon the ministers of commerce, defense and the interior in order to interrogate them in the framework of fraud in Australian wheat shipments. The speaker of the parliament Hajim al-Hosni expressed concern over the public health and public safety due to these shipments.
