Nabulsi stresses: resistance is Lebanon's protection

The Lebanese resistance will always be Lebanon's protective arm which enable it to face any Israeli aggression and foreign conspiracy, Chairman of the Amel mountain scholars body said Wednesday.
"Lebanon will always stay strong and stick to his firm national and pan-Arab principles," Sheikh Afif al-Nabulsi said, stressing the importance of preserving the Lebanese resistance as well as its weapon. He also called upon Lebanese officials to hurry up in establishing an electorial law based on "proportionality and governorate-wide area," describing formation of the new Lebanese government as an important step.
